Ricardo Darín is one of the most popular actors in Argentina. He first reached national acclaim for his television acting, before becoming a film star. His most prominent big screen roles include Nueve Reinas (2000), El Hijo de la Novia (2001), Luna de Avellaneda (2004), and El Aura (2005).
